We very much hope you will enjoy your stay at Old Mill. It is a well equipped ground floor cottage, part of converted farm buildings, that sleeps 5 and is dog friendly. It is part of the small hamlet of Branton, set in the Breamish valley.
The cottage has a log fire, and facilities include a TV and DVD player, radio and hi-fi, and WiFi internet access. There is a large shared garden with BBQ facilites and picnic tables. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There are fabulous on-site leisure facilities incuding an indoor swimming pool, gym, games room and tennis court.
The cottage is in a great postion so that you can walk or cycle from your door into the National Park, and there is an adjoining nature reserve. Alnwick is a short drive away, and close by is Northumberland's wonderful coast line, castles and history - whether it is National Trust properties, battle field of Flodden, or Holy Island. Outdoor pursuits include walking, water sports activities, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding and bird watching. In the winter, star gazing is second to none.
