Old Mill Cottage Details

The cottage is well equipped. It is fully centrally heated. There are three bedrooms, one double (with plenty of room for the cot), one single and a bunk bedroom sleeping 2 people. There is a large lounge with TV, DVD player, music system and radio, books and games, and wood burning stove. There is of course internet access via Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well stocked with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and oven and fridge freezer. The bathroom includes both a bath and shower and there is an airing cupboard.

The rent includes all leisure facilities, heating and electricity, linen and towels (except towels for swimming).

High chair and cot are provided (but we are unable to supply cot linen).

We welcome one well behaved dog (we have our own hound too!) - there is a small cleaning surcharge of £15.

Our property is strictly non-smoking.

Weekly lets are normally from Friday to Friday during high season. Subject to availability, short breaks (three day weekends and four day mid-week bookings) are available out of high season (usually October to end of March), with changeover days usually on Fridays and Mondays. Short breaks may be available in high season on a last minute basis.

All lets are from 5.00 pm on the day of arrival until 09.30 am on the day of departure.

Payment of a deposit of 25% of the rent is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable not later than one month before your arrival date.

If you have to cancel, we will endeavour to re-let your booking. If we are unable to do so, you will be liable for the full rent. There is a minimal administration charge of £50 but if the rebooking rental has to offer at a discount then you will be liable for the difference. We would, therefore, recommend travel insurance.
